Spoonful of Tunes

If you’re like me, music and food make your life worth living. You could combine both these passions with ForkedUpArt’s iPhone stands, made to cradle your iPhone or iPod with you raid your fridge. Forged out of real forks and spoons, check out the selection here.

Does this photo by Lucas Gurdjian and Susu Pusa make you hungry, nauseous or ready to put on some tunes?

Sexy Scoop?
Posted by admin in Animals, Pop Cult-ure on June 16th, 2009
For the pampered pooch who has it all, you can always treat yourself to something that makes pooch pampering that much easier. I don’t know about you, but my chipped mug that scoops out organic dog food is so not sexy. But the Petfood Scoop Fastener designed by Bradford Waugh is rather sleek. Can’t find a price for this modern scooper/bag fastener, so any direction is appreciated! Happy crappy scooping til then.

I Scream For Ice… Pudding?
Posted by admin in Deliciousness, Pop Cult-ure on June 10th, 2009
Who doesn’t love a little creamed ice as the weather warms up? And who doesn’t love the sticky Rocky Road dripping down their wrists and accessorizing their new white shorts? Well, first they put a man on the moon and now they have finally figured out how to make non-drip ice cream! The geniuses at Coldstone Creamery have created a Jell-O Pudding Ice Cream, which apparently tastes like a moussey ice cream and melts to the consistency of pudding (easier to manage on top of your cone). In two decadent flavors – Chocolatey Goodness and Butterscotch Velvet – you don’t have to worry about sunning and slurping simultaneously.

Good Vibrations

How do you like your pancakes in the morning? Mixed with some Zeppelin? Blended with some Black Sabbath? Now you can put on your bass-heavy beats to beat your breakfast, thanks to Kenny Hopper’s sound vibration food mixer. Once you plug in your digital music player, the sound waves produced by the Electrolux Re-mixer will stir up your batter with flair. Kind of a total novelty, but cool nonetheless. Check out the video to see how this concept works…
